Shipping & Delivery Time

We process orders immediately and all orders are guaranteed to dispatch within 48 hours, subject to product availability. In some cases, in stock items will be shipped while the remainder of the order will be fulfilled as stock comes in. Occasionally, products will be replaced with other products in stock that are better or equal in quality.

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. Our confirmation email will also including the link to track your order. The tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.

Custom Products
Custom products will take longer to deliver as products will be custom made with our manufacturer. Shipping can be expedited for more urgent requests. Please contact us if you require more information.

Shipping Rates
We work with over 20 local and national shipping companies to provide the best possible price on all orders. Due to the weight of a majority of our products and increasing fuel charges, we are only able to provide free shipping to recurring customers and orders over $800 within certain areas. Please reach out if there are any concerns over shipping rates as we are always looking to provide the best service to our customers.

PO Boxes Notice
Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide a physical address for your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Gift Packaging
We offer gift packaging for a standard fee of $8.95 per item per order. Please note oversized items cannot be gift-wrapped.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our warehouse by calling (416) 661-0606, or send an email to order@hycdesign.com. We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Information for easy returns.

Urgent Delivery & Tailgate
